Head across the bridge and down to the first floor of the next building.
Hail her and use keyword reward.
Since your in this building go over to Tobias
Hail him and use keyword punish. Kill him and he will reset for an update.
Head back to zone in and on the right is Johannes Friesland.
Hail him and use keyword reward. Now since your there hail Cynthia and use keyword punish. Kill her and she will rest to 100 and you will get an update.
Head into the mayor’s building to Oscar Little Doc
Hail him and use keyword punish.
Kill him for update.
Head to Chas C. Reisburg
Hail him and use keyword punish.
Kill him for update.
Head back to the mayor for the final hail.
